The semesterly BFA Graduating Artists show showcases the work of Florida State University students graduating with a BFA in either studio art or graphic design. I graduated April 2010 with my BFA in Graphic Design and presented a set of nine playing card designs inspired by silk-screened concert posters. Included in the set are eight playing card fronts and one back. I plan to expand the set in the future.

Eat Me

when
April 17-30, 2009

what
The Eat Me art show hosted a wide variety of pieces centered around the theme of food and the consumable. From work created to represent food to food used as a medium itself, this show stimulated all the senses. Some pieces did not survive past opening night. I displayed a trio of hats made to look like a pineapple upside-down cake, a mint truffle, and a chocolate-covered strawberry.
